KBW Financial has partnered with a PE backed Tech company in Boston to identify a Finance Manager. This newly created role is going to be the right hand to the VP of FP&A and be involved with all aspects of the corproate FP&A function. Ideal candidates will have 4 years of relevant FP&A expereince that includes having worked with a PE/VC backed portfolio company. This company has a 4 day per week in office policy. Additional details include:

- Support the annual budget process and monthly forecasts
- Analyze variances versus budget/forecast and drive business decisions
- Support strategic and operational initiatives
- Build models for business cases, initiatives, and cost-savings
- Support profitability and operational efficiency
- Tracking KPIs and financial metrics
- Busienss partner support for pricing, cost management, and revenue growth
- Cash flow analysis and reporting
- Support private equity sponsors with financial reporting and insights
- Support M&A on the front end with diligence and back end with integrations
- Drive process improvement initiatives and continuous improvements
- 4 years FP&A experience
- Targeting candidates that have had PE/VC backed portfolio experience
- Experience with establishing or optimizing processes and systems
- Financial modeling and datanalysis skills
- Advanced Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Open on industry experience
