The Role
The Finance Associate will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth through high-quality analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. Working closely with the senior finance team, you will help shape the company’s financial strategy and ensure data-driven decision-making across all departments.
This position offers the chance to gain broad exposure across FP&A, accounting, and strategic finance, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term planning in a fast-evolving business environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current and historical financial data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, working with external consultants where necessary
- Contribute to scenario analysis, investment cases, and business planning
- Assist in preparing materials for the board, investors, and senior leadership
- Ensure accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reporting
What You Need
- 2–5 years’ experience in consulting, finance, or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, modeling, and forecasting techniques
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000
