Senior FP&A Analyst

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing software company in the Boston area to identify a hard-working and personable Senior Financial Analyst with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

This position offers high visibility to senior leadership and the board within a lean, dynamic finance organization. It’s an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter who is looking to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the annual budgeting process
• Develop and manage financial and operational reporting and metrics
• Prepare monthly forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
• Revenue forecasting, planning and analysis
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments
• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to drive performance
• Lead projects to enhance financial and operational efficiency
• Provide analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of financial analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  
  

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office

Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 plus bonus
