Responsibilities For The Accounting Manager
Oversee general ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures to ensure financial accuracy.
Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards and internal policies, including compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
Conduct financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support leadership decision-making.
Manage cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation, cost of goods analysis, and margin impact assessments.
Work with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support cost-saving initiatives, and enhance operational efficiencies.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of internal and external financial reports.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and financial consultants for audits, tax filings, and financial reviews.
Generate and maintain weekly financial reports, tracking sales, orders, and key financial metrics.
Continuously seek process improvements by identifying opportunities for automation and system enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing accounting experience
Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and financial compliance.
Hands-on experience with mid to large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar)
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Salary: $115,000-$140,000 Competitive Benefits and Hybrid office flexibility
