Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the annual budgeting process
- Develop and manage financial and operational reporting and metrics
- Prepare monthly forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
- Revenue forecasting, planning and analysis
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments
- Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to drive performance
- Lead projects to enhance financial and operational efficiency
- Provide analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Minimum 3 years of financial analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
