The Role
- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes
- Partner with department leaders across GTM, Operations, Product, and G&A to provide financial insights and analysis
- Analyze SaaS KPIs including ARR, MRR, churn, retention, CAC, and operating performance metrics
- Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting packages
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
- Assist with board reporting, investor materials, and ad hoc financial analysis
- Help improve FP&A processes, reporting automation, and financial visibility across the organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally within a lean, high-growth finance environment
- 3 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or financial analysis within SaaS or technology environments
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Experience working with SaaS metrics and subscription-based business models
- Advanced Excel skills with experience using BI/reporting tools preferred
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred
- ERP and planning tool experience (NetSuite, Adaptive, etc.) is a plus
