Senior Estimator

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruitment is partnering with a well-established construction organization in the Hampden County to identify an experienced Estimator. This role will play a key part in preparing detailed cost estimates, managing RFPs, and supporting seamless project transitions. All projects are performed under various federal government agencies, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong federal estimating expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates
• Analyze project plans, drawings, and technical specifications
• Ensure all project requirements and compliance standards are met
• Solicit bids from subcontractors and develop strong vendor/subcontractor relationships
• Manage construction projects from the RFP stage
• Assist with transitioning awarded projects to Project Managers
  
  

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage Timberline
• Strong understanding of construction industry
