Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and analyze standard costs, BOMs, labor, overhead, and manufacturing costs.
- Support annual standard-cost updates and analyze cost impacts.
- Review and investigate material, labor, overhead, and purchase price variances.
- Support inventory valuation, cycle counts, reconciliations, and E&O analysis.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, billings, commitments, and profitability.
- Identify project cost overruns, margin issues, and financial risks.
- Support revenue recognition and project accounting activities.
- Prepare product and project margin analysis for Finance and operational leadership.
- Support month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance reporting.
- Assist with internal controls, audits, and process improvements.
- Use ERP and reporting tools to analyze financial and operational data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience with cost, inventory, manufacturing, or project accounting.
- Knowledge of standard costing, BOMs, manufacturing variances, or project profitability is a plus.
- Power BI or other reporting experience is a plus.
