Senior AP Lead / Supervisor

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Waltham, MA looking for a Senior AP Manager to join their team. This is a 3–6 month temporary position and offers a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite per week. This position is paying $45-$55/HR depending on experience.

The Responsibilities For This Role Will Include

• Oversee AP operations, payment activity, and a small Accounts Payable team
• Manage and improve Coupa P2P workflows, vendor setup, and invoice processing
• Lead the relaunch of Concur and support expense and corporate card processes
• Drive AP automation, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
• Partner across Finance, Procurement, IT, and other departments to improve AP operations
  
  

The Experience Required For This Role

• Strong Accounts Payable management or leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and Concur
• Experience driving AP process and system improvements
• NetSuite experience is highly preferred
  
  

Compensation: $45-$55/HR
