Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting with operational, administrative, and data-related assignments as needed.
- Monitor investment transactions for high-net-worth clients and update all reports needed internally.
- Review Investment Management Agreements and help the legal and investment team to enter all information into the database for future contract needs
- Help team to process trades, confirm settlements, and review monthly shareholder statements with accuracy.
- Communicate discrepancies with external parties (prime brokers, banks, administrators) and resolve complex issues with internal teams.
- Build trusting relationships with financial advisors, portfolio managers, and their staff by understanding their needs.
- Conduct independent research to gather and record data from external sources while onboarding the Client.
- Interact with various internal and external teams as required.
- Knowledge on Client onboarding process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services industry preferred.
- Prior experience in investment operations, administrative or legal preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with compliance monitoring systems preferred.
