Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient management of office operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and accurately. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the scanning and digitization of various documents to maintain organized and accessible electronic files.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and proper categorization.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to support administrative and operational processes.
• Provide back-office support to enhance workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in document management and data handling procedures.
• Proven experience in scanning and digitizing documents with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle and categorize files systematically.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with common office software tools.
• Experience providing back-office support in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
