What You'll Do
- Prepare and support U.S. international tax calculations, including GILTI, Subpart F, and foreign tax credit analyses
- Manage tax compliance and reporting activities for selected foreign jurisdictions in coordination with external advisors
- Execute transfer pricing policies, including intercompany calculations and supporting documentation
- Coordinate, review, and manage work performed by external tax service providers
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of international tax compliance and reporting requirements
- Support the global income tax provision process, including ASC 740 analysis and reporting
- Assist with tax due diligence, structuring, and integration activities related to acquisitions
- Contribute to international tax planning and operational tax projects
- Support responses to tax audits, inquiries, and governmental examinations as needed
- Partner with finance, accounting, and business leaders across multiple global jurisdictions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field
- CPA required or actively pursuing certification
- 7-10 years of tax experience within public accounting, industry, or a combination of both
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. international tax concepts, including GILTI, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits
- Experience working with multinational organizations and cross-border operations
- Exposure to ASC 740 and corporate income tax provisions
- Experience with transfer pricing concepts and intercompany transactions preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly and effectively
