Responsibilities
- Take ownership of pricing strategy and revenue optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve pricing and profitability.
- Create and maintain revenue reporting, forecasting, and KPI analysis for senior leadership.
- Analyze pricing, customer, revenue, and margin trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to improve revenue performance and support business initiatives.
- Develop reporting and analytical tools that provide visibility into key business metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue processes, reporting, and overall efficiency.
- Lead and develop a team of Revenue Operations Analysts.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 8 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Pricing, Finance, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics.
- Strong experience with pricing strategy, revenue analytics, forecasting, and KPI development.
- Ability to analyze complex information and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Previous experience leading and developing a team.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and communication abilities.
