Kforce has a client that is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager - International in Acton, MA. Summary: A growing organization is seeking an International Tax Manager to support its global tax function. This role offers exposure to international tax compliance, provision, transfer pricing, and cross-border initiatives within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support U.S. international tax calculations (GILTI, Subpart F, FTCs)
- Manage compliance and reporting for select foreign jurisdictions
- Execute transfer pricing processes, including intercompany calculations
- Coordinate with and review external advisors
- Support global tax provision (ASC 740)
- Assist with tax planning, M&A, and audit-related matters
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (or in progress)
- 7-10 years of tax experience (public, corporate, or combination)
- Experience with multinational/cross-border operations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax and ASC 740
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Collaborative, yet able to work independently
- MST or advanced tax degree
- Exposure to transfer pricing and global provision processes
- OneSource or similar tools a plus
- Broad exposure across global tax functions
- High-visibility role supporting international operations

Salary : $145,000 - $170,000
