Financial Analyst

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a company, local to Manchester, NH in their search for a Financial Analyst. This position will be onsite in Manchester, NH and report to the VP of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Build and maintain financial models to support performance analysis and strategic decisions
• Prepare monthly financial reports, KPI dashboards, and segment P&L analysis
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to leadership on results vs. plan
• Support month-end close, internal controls, compliance, and cash forecasting
  
  

Requirements:

• Minium of 2 years of financial analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with larger ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
  
  

Compensation: $70k – 90k DOE
