The Finance Associate will report to the Accounting Manager, and assist with AR, AP, financial reporting, and other duties as assigned. The Finance Associate will perform the following:

The Finance Associate will report to the Accounting Manager, and assist with AR, AP, financial reporting, and other duties as assigned. The Finance Associate will perform the following:
- Process high-volume accounts receivable transactions, including invoice entry and billing support
- Manage invoice processing through internal systems, including data entry and review steps
- Perform invoice validation, adjustments, and accuracy checks prior to processing
- Ensure billing accuracy and adherence to internal controls and verification standards
- Apply and reconcile customer payments and maintain AR records and aging schedules
- Support collections efforts and follow up on outstanding balances as needed
- Assist with end-to-end AR workflow, including billing, cash application, and reporting
