A growing U.S. subsidiary of a global, publicly traded organization is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead all accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial operations. This is a small but highly visible business unit within a much larger international corporate structure, offering both autonomy and stability.
This role reports locally to the CEO and functionally to the global CFO.

Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly financial reporting and ensure accuracy of all financial statements
- Present financial performance, explain variances, and recommend improvements
- Lead annual and multi-year budgeting (P&L and cash flow)
- Maintain compliance with U.S. accounting and tax regulations
- Manage annual audit and external auditor relationships
- Establish and enhance internal controls
- Oversee insurance renewals, contract reviews, and risk mitigation
- Manage banking relationships
- Oversee short- and long-term cash forecasting
- Manage AR/AP, creditworthiness, and timely collections and payments
- 5 years in a Controller or senior accounting role
- Experience in a small-company environment within a technology, components, or manufacturing-adjacent sector
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Skilled in product costing, inventory valuation, and management accounting
- Comfortable working autonomously while partnering with an international parent organization
- Hands-on operator who can manage day-to-day accounting while contributing strategically
