Controller

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing services organization in the Auburn, NH area to identify a Controller to join its leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee accounting operations across multiple divisions while managing and developing a small team in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
• Lead the implementation of internal controls, policies, and financial best practices
• Maintain ownership of P&L reporting and analysis
• Perform and review account reconciliations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare and present financial results to senior leadership
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a comparable accounting or finance leadership role
• Strong Excel proficiency and experience with mid-sized ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics)
  
  

Compensation: $110-140k/year
