KBW Financial Staffing has partnered with a well-established, family-owned business in the Holyoke MA area and they are seeking a hands-on Controller to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.
• Supervise accounting staff and oversee AP, AR, and treasury functions.
• Support audits, inventory processes, and lender reporting.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (MBA a plus).
• 8 years progressive accounting experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• ERP experience
