$115K–$125K base

Overview

Seeking an experienced E-Billing Manager to lead e-billing operations and oversee a team of 7–8 Billing Specialists. This is a newly created role with strong visibility across attorneys, clients, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-manage end-to-end e-billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Supervise and mentor a team of Billing Specialists (including hiring/terminations)
• Review and submit e-bills in accordance with client guidelines
• Resolve billing discrepancies and partner with attorneys/clients on issues
• Oversee invoice generation, distribution, and payment tracking
• Analyze financial data, track revenue trends, and identify process improvements
  
  

Qualifications

• 7 years of billing experience (law firm experience preferred)
• Prior supervisory/management experience required
• Strong knowledge of legal billing practices and compliance
• Hands-on experience with Elite 3E billing software
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related (or equivalent experience)
