Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle accounts payable in a high-volume environment (50–100 invoices daily)
- Review, code, and enter invoices while ensuring proper approvals and documentation
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong relationships
- Assist with check runs and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end close activities
- Maintain accurate and organized AP records and documentation
- Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management
- Experience with full-cycle accounts payable
- Ability to handle high-volume invoice processing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both internal and external
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, data handling)
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
