Controller/Accounting Manager

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in the Exeter, NH area looking to add a Controller/Accounting Manager to the team! The person in this role will oversee the accounting functions, financial operations, and compliance of a multi-entity organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate the preparation of federal, state, and local tax filings with external partners
• Administer payroll and employee benefits while ensuring timely and accurate processing
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• QuickBooks experience a plus
  
  

Compensation: up to $110k/year DOE
