GREENFIELD Company Controller BETE is seeking a senior finance
professional responsible for managing the company\'s accounting
operations, financial reporting, and internal financial controls to
ensure the company\'s financial records are accurate and compliant with
Regulations. Primary Responsibilities Own And Execute Monthly Close
(journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis) Oversee
manufacturing accounting including inventory, costing, WIP, and cost
variances Prepare and review financial statements and management
reporting Oversee accounting operations including AR, AP, and cash flow
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Partner with
operations and leadership on financial insights and issue resolution
Support audit preparation and external requests as needed Improve
accounting processes and support ERP/system clean-up if applicable
Provide guidance and oversight to accounting staff (if applicable)
Required Skills / Technologies: 8 years? accounting experience in a
manufacturing environment Prior Controller experience Strong knowledge
of inventory, costing, and manufacturing financials Month-end close
ownership and financial reporting expertise Advanced Excel skills ERP
System Experience (manufacturing-focused ERP Preferred) Nice-to-Have
Skills: CPA or CMA ERP implementation or optimization experience Prior
interim/contract consulting background Audit or PE-backed manufacturing
exposure Soft Skills / Culture Fit: Hands-on, \"roll-up-your-sleeves\"
mindset Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Strong
communicator with non-finance stakeholders Ability to quickly assess
