Senior Manager of Corporate Tax Opportunity at a Leading Manufacturer
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Corporate Tax to bolster its finance team. Sustained growth trajectory, underscored by robust year-on-year financial performance, is a testament to our clients committed leadership and organizational stability.
Responsibilities For The Senior Manager Of Corporate Tax
Ensure rigorous adherence to state, federal, and global corporate tax regulations.
Analyze, review, and update current corporate tax strategies.
Prepare quarterly tax forecasts, tax position memos, and deferred tax footnotes and disclosures.
Lead in federal and global tax planning initiatives.
Compile quarter and year-end ASC740 state provisions calculations.
Document state apportionment and maintain up-to-date ASC740 spreadsheet records.
Reconcile General Ledger tax accounts.
Oversee foreign tax credit and R&D credit reporting.
Collaborate with accounting and FP&A teams to address global income tax implications and customs matters.
Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of specialized experience in Corporate Tax.
Essential Experience In Global Tax Operations.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory. A Master’s in Accounting or a CPA.
Strong, current systems skills.
Compensation
A competitive salary range of $160,000-$175,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including Healthcare, Dental, Disability Coverage, Paid Time Off, and Sick Leave.
