KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in the Lawrence/Andover MA area looking to add a Collections Specialist to the team! We are looking for someone with previous collections experience and a strong customer service acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing aging and reaching out on past-due accounts
  • Assisting with payment plans and negotiating terms
  • Maintaining documentation of attempted collections

Qualifications

  • 1 years of experience in a similar role

Compensation: $60-80k/year DOE
