This organization is in a pre-revenue, build-and-scale phase, with significant private funding in place and plans for a major capital raise and future IPO.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on, mid-career finance leader to step into a CFO role and build the finance function from the ground up while partnering closely with an experienced executive team.

- Experience in PE-backed, high-growth environments
- Background in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or project finance
- Strong expertise in financial modeling (infrastructure, CAPEX/OPEX, scenario analysis)
- Experience supporting or leading capital raises and investor processes - required
- Exposure to IPO or SPAC readiness strongly preferred
- Industry experience in energy, infrastructure, or high-tech manufacturing required
- Proven ability to build and scale finance functions
- Strong leadership presence with ability to drive change and build teams
- U.S. Citizenship required
