Payroll Supervisor

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a large services organization in their search for a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on a leadership role within the team. The organization is large and they are looking for someone with experience processing payroll for over 500 people using more complex systems. Pay is competitive, $75-85k plus excellent benefits and a pleasant working environment. There is a payroll team, they help each other and back each other up as needed.

• Process payroll for over 1000 employees, salary, hourly and some commissions, weekly.
• Reconcile accounts, make adjustments for payroll, provide reporting on payrolls, headcounts, adjustments for benefits and savings/retirements plans along with employee expenses.
• Track time off, as a lead role, be a go to for Payroll Clerks with training and guidance as needed. Support Audits and lead projects associated with Payroll.
• Three plus years larger complex payroll experience required, experience with Payroll systems such as ADP or Ultipro or Workday. Strong Excel.
