- Handle daily accounts payable and receivable activities
- Record and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts
- Prepare and submit monthly sales tax filings
- Maintain organized, electronic financial records
- Provide administrative support at the front desk, including visitor reception and phone coverage
- Assist with general office operations and partner with internal teams as needed
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong grasp of accounting fundamentals and financial processes
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
