Salary: $65-70k

A top-tier law firm in Boston is actively seeking a Client Billing Specialist for direct hire. The Client Billing Specialist will report to the Billing Manager and will report on site daily to start before moving to a hybrid schedule long term.

The Client Billing Specialist will be responsible for the following:

  • Completing monthly edits on pro formas
  • Reviewing documents for guideline compliance
  • Complete final billing by submitting invoices
  • Accounts Receivable follow up with clients

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of billing experience preferably within a law firm
  • In-depth knowledge of client billing requirements
  • Strong computer skills including Excel and Elite Billing Software
