Responsibilities
- Submit invoices through electronic billing platforms.
- Prepare and process monthly and ad hoc client invoices.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, including write-offs and adjustments.
- Edit and revise pre-bills with internal teams.
- Monitor invoice status, including rejections and reductions.
- Support month-end and year-end billing activities and reporting.
- Associates degree preferred at a minimum
- Minimum of 1 year of billing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
