- Solid audit experience, preferably with nonprofit and privately held clients
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and audit procedures
- Detail-oriented with great communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable leading teams
- Thrives in a collaborative, laid-back culture with lots of trust and autonomy
