Responsibilities For The Assistant Controller Include
- Oversee the accounting and reporting teams
- Manage external reporting to SEC
- Continuing research to ensure compliance with new accounting standards
- Drive process improvement and ensure accuracy
- Act as subject matter expert and executive management liaison
- Liaise with other internal stakeholders
- Assist with treasury, acquisition due diligence and investor relations
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- More than eight years of accounting experience
- Strong GAAP and SEC reporting experience
- Good management and leadership skills
