Job Description:

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly P&L by business unit, product category, or part number.
• Prepare/Present monthly financial results and analysis to management at the site, and other stakeholders.
• Upload financial data such as budget, forecast, and actual results into the global managerial accounting system.
• Collaborate with site & department managers to monitor monthly variances between actual and budget or forecast and identify root causes.
• Prepare/present monthly future forecasts including (P&L, Cash flow and other KPI’s).
• Lead budget-making process to meet budget targets, summarizing and reporting budget. (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc.).
• Support sales team in price-up negotiations with customers to maintain profitability, providing detailed financial data and other ad-hoc analysis.
• Support the quotation process for new products, by providing financial data and other analysis.
• Cooperate to launch a new consolidated accounting system with the AM region members.
• Partner with site management to provide finance guidance to improve decision making.
• Other tasks as assigned.
