Key Responsibilities
- Manage all general ledger activity, including journal entries, reconciliations, and allocations
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements and support audits
- Oversee cash flow, bank activity, and cost allocations
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit funding and regulatory requirements
- Partner with Property & Asset Management as a financial advisor
- Supervise accounting staff, support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Drive continuous process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience (nonprofit preferred)
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- CPA preferred
- Property management or real estate accounting experience a plus
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
