- Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reporting packages
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and enhance reporting processes
- Assist with audit preparation and special financial projects as needed
- Experience with Sage 300 strongly preferred
- Background in the construction industry is a plus
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze large data sets
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
