Responsibilities Of The Data Scientist
- Develop and maintain BI data models to support performance tracking, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business drivers.
- Ensure data accuracy and governance across BI datasets and reporting tools.
- Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and operational insights.
- Create advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations for actionable analytics.
- Enable self-service reporting for business users with real-time, accessible insights.
- Provide decision support through scenario modeling, what-if analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate across teams to align BI solutions with business goals and mentor others in data visualization best practices.
- 3 years in business intelligence, analytics, or decision science roles.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
- Strong SQL skills creating SQL queries, stored procedures.
- Experience in BI strategy, KPI development, and enterprise reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent data storytelling and visualization
- Ability to influence decisions through clear, evidence-based insights.
- Collaborative mindset with focus on enabling a data-driven culture.
- Certifications in Power BI, SQL, Machine Learning.
- Familiarity with data governance, data integration, and analytics best practices.
- Experience with Python or R.
