Responsibilities
- Track outstanding customer balances and review aging to identify overdue accounts
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, responding to client questions as they arise
- Post incoming payments and ensure customer accounts are properly reconciled
- Prepare and distribute invoices using order and fulfillment details
- Follow up with customers on past due balances through consistent outreach
- Support period-end close by assisting with receivables reporting and reconciliations
- Maintain up-to-date customer account details, including payment activity and history
- Verify invoice details such as pricing, terms, and quantities for accuracy
- 1 plus years of accounts receivable experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work 5 days a week onsite
