Job Description:
- Process contract and recurring customer billing activities
- Set up billing for new installations, upgrades, and service changes
- Apply customer payments including ACH, wire, checks, and credit cards
- Process credit memos, account adjustments, and cancellations
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and research customer inquiries
- Support cash posting and backup AR functions as needed
- 3 years of billing and/or AR experience preferred
- Strong understanding of contract-based billing required
- Experience in service-based industries preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- ERP systems experience required; NetSuite experience a plus
