We are working with a life sciences company in the Cambridge area who is seeking a an AP/Staff Accountant to join their team. This is an immediate need. Mainly remote, one day in office per week, must live in MA.

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle Accounts Payable
  • Invoicing, vendor management, and check runs
  • Month-end reconciliations
  • Expense reporting

Qualifications

  • 2 years of AP experience
  • Life Sciences experience preferred
  • Excel skills - VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, etc.
  • NetSuite is a big plus

Compensation Package: Up to 35/hour
