AP Specialist – Temporary

Location: Dorchester, MA

Schedule: Onsite 5 days per week

Compensation: $23–$28/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 4 weeks with potential to extend or convert

Position Overview

Our client, a mission-driven healthcare organization, is seeking an AP Specialist to join their accounting team on a temporary basis. This is an immediate opportunity for an AP professional with at least one year of experience, with potential for the assignment to extend or convert to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable responsibilities
• Process invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform AP-related reconciliations
• Support the accounting team with additional AP and accounting tasks as needed
• Utilize Sage for accounting and AP functions
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience working with Sage
• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite in Dorchester, MA, 5 days per week
• Ability to start ASAP
• Must be able to successfully complete a CORI background check
• Must meet required TB screening and vaccination requirements prior to starting
