Job Description
- Process high-volume invoices and perform 2-way/3-way matching
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
- Manage weekly check and EFT payment runs
- Monitor uninvoiced receipts and research outstanding items
- Reconcile AP-related accounts and maintain accurate records
- Support vendor communications and cross-functional coordination
- 3 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume AP environment
- SAP experience required; Concur experience a plus
- Strong Excel, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
