Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Wilmington, MA. Duties Include:
- Process and review invoices in a high-volume environment
- Manage invoice intake, scanning, and workflow routing
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and payment issues
- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities
- Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with transactional data
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience communicating with vendors and handling issue resolution professionally
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible and adaptable with a team-oriented mindset
