Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Monitor overdue payments
- Performing bank deposits
- Resolving billing discrepancies and issues
- Assisting with month-end close
- Running and reviewing AR aging details
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, Dynamics, etc.
- Strong Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, etc)
