Responsibilities For This Role Include
- Process and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards).
- Monitor aging reports and resolve past due accounts.
- Respond to inquiries on account balances.
- Receive, review, and set up approved credit applications.
- Maintain and update customer account records and files.
- Assist with monthly statement runs and related tasks.
- 1 years of AR experience
- Customer Service experience
- Basic Excel skills
