The Family Place is Hiring: Part Time AP / Payroll Specialist

We are currently interviewing for a part time Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist.
What you would be doing:
- Accounts Payable: Vendor management, ACH payments, and credit card reconciliations.
- Payroll: Timesheets, benefits, and reimbursements.
- Reporting: Assisting our Finance Director with audits and year-end closing.
Skills & Requirements:
- Associates Degree or certificate in accounting/bookkeeping (preferred, but not required) OR
- 2 years experience with AP/AR tasks, payroll, data entry and/or bookkeeping
- 1 years experience using Quickbooks online or desktop (preferred, but we can train you!)
