The Responsibilities For This Role Will Include
- Full-Cycle AP Invoicing
- Process AR cash receipts, credit memos and maintain accurate records
- Month-end AR closing, run month-end AR reports, and prepare reconciliation reports
- Prepare and maintain journal entry backup, account reconciliations, and custom analyses
- 3-5 Years of AR and/or AP Experience
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Excel
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail, able to multi-task and prioritize workflows
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
