Responsibilities For The Accounting Manager Include

• Manage daily accounting operations
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements
• Maintenance if internal controls
• Domestic and international tax filing
• Oversee the maintenance of accounting systems
• Devise and implement process improvements
• External audit coordination
• Variance analysis and reporting
• Lead and mentor the accounting team
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
  
  

Requirements For The Accounting Manager Include

• Bachelor’s in accounting, finance or business
• More than four years accounting experience
• Prior experience managing a team
• Strong systems skills including a large ERP and Excel fluency
  
  

Compensation: $115,000-125,000 plus bonus and benefits.
