In this role, you won’t just schedule interviews — you’ll help influence candidate selection, contribute insights to hiring decisions, and play a key role in shaping our leadership pipelines.

What You’ll Do

• Source, connect, and qualify top healthcare leadership candidates
• Conduct initial conversations, evaluate potential, and provide input to senior recruiters
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future leadership roles
• Collaborate closely with our team to influence candidate selection and outreach strategies
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates, keeping them engaged and informed
