Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boise, ID, for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. The Recruiter will also manage relationships with hiring managers, develop and implement recruiting strategies, and handle administrative tasks related to the recruiting process.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing recruiting strategies
- Administrative skills related to handling the recruiting process
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Previous experience in the beverage industry is a plus
