What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Managing cost planning, estimates, and full QS services across various projects
✅ Preparing detailed reports, tenders, and feasibility studies
✅ Advising clients on contracts, procurement, and value engineering
✅ Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
✅ Working with autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team environment
What You’ll Need
🎓 A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
📍 2–4 years of local experience in a client-side Quantity Surveying role
🛠️ Proficiency in CostX and Excel
🧠 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
💬 Excellent communication skills and a confident client-facing presence
🎯 Preferably AIQS or RICS accredited (or working towards)
