What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Collaborating with your team to deliver high-quality quantity surveying services.
✅ Managing cost planning, estimation, and cost control for multiple projects.
✅ Preparing detailed cost reports, BOQs, and tender documentation.
✅ Conducting feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
✅ Advising clients on procurement strategies and contractual matters.
✅ Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
What You’ll Need
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or a related construction discipline.
📊 1–2 years’ experience in a consultancy environment, delivering pre-contract QS services.
💻 Proficiency in CostX and Excel (highly regarded).
💬 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
🔍 Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and client-facing skills.
